What we collect
When you book or ask a question, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and any access notes you give us. During a job we take photographs of your gutters and roofline for your report. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use it
To arrange the visit, to send you the photo report and the invoice, and, if you join a plan, to remind you before each visit. We do not sell or share your details, except with our payment provider to take a card payment.
Photographs
Report photos show your gutters, not you or your neighbours. We keep them with your job record so we can compare one clean with the next. We only use one on our website or social media if you say yes in writing.
How long we keep it
Job records and invoices are kept for six years for tax purposes. Plan reminders stop the day you cancel.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by writing to [email protected]. You can also complain to the data protection regulator.
